  the service is beyond terrible everytime. super rude staff at drive thru, literally cut you off when you are trying to speak and then basically throw the food at you, which is always wrong or missing something anyway. i usually get a soy chai and they have failed to put soy milk in and think that i didnt notice. seriously its worth driving another 10 minutes to penrith to get better service.
